I seek to understand what is essential. What is truly important? APPRECIATION OF ALL THAT MOMENT OFFERS IS THE SECRET OF HAPPINESS.
My greatest wish for me and all people is to turn our attention inside ourselves and be fully aware of our own presence in the moment, as well as of other human beings in front of us. I know we are going through mass existential crisis rooted in uncertainty, defined by complete lack of values, aggravated by temptations to consume and satisfy our physical senses, to feed and grow our ego or self-image. That’s why I feel the time is right to turn our attention away from any outside stimuli and back inside, going deeper and deeper into self-knowing and linking it with the inner worlds of other human beings. Much delicacy, much grace is needed as we are slowly and gently reaching for other souls. Complete presence of being (empathy) is a must! We’ll soon watch our own inner worlds grow as gardens, connected through bridges with other gardens, … even create a big garden together.
All we have to do is listen to the voice of alive consciousness inside each of us. To be who we are. No excuses.
